The Neonatal Resuscitation Programe (NRP) is an educational programme jointly sponsored by the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American Academy of Paediatrics (AAP).
The course has been designed to teach an evidence-based approach to resuscitation of the newborn to staff who care for newborns at the time of delivery, including Emergency Medical Technicians, Paramedics, Advanced Paramedics, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Doctors.
