This PHTLS 16 hour course is designed for Emergency Medical First Responders, EMTs, Paramedics, Nurses and Doctors. It is offered at Basic, Advanced or Combined levels, and Military Provider courses are also available. The course is designed to improve the quality of trauma care to decrease morbidity and mortality in the trauma patient. The course is highly interactive and includes practical as well as classroom sessions.
Outcome: Certification from NAEMT
